Please remember that shares stay with the property and must be transferred at closing with the sale of your property. You should all have a certificate showing your ownership of shares in the BBWA; this is an important document and should be kept safe and taken to closing if selling your property.

(There is a fee for lost certificates of $35 along with a lost certificate affidavit - New certificates are $15)

Billed January 1st $5.00/share + $25.00 Equalization DUE January 31st

Billed March 1st $5.00/share + $25.00 Equalization DUE March 31st

Billed July 1st $5.00/share + $25.00 Equalization DUE July 31st

Billed September 1st $5.00/share + $25.00 Equalization DUE September 30th

Billed November 1st $5.00/share + $0.00 Equalization DUE November 30th

Total $30 per acre + $125 Equalization per user

5 1/2 Shares or less - pay once - DUE 1/31

Excess Water Rental

Member Rental $36.50 per Acre -

Rental Non-Member - $300 for first Acre and $36.50 per each Acre after -

MAINTENANCE FEES

When needed, the directors shall levy assessments upon the stock of the association sufficient to defray the costs of the Association.
